WASHINGTON, June 26 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Aviation Administration has adopted a final rule modifying Class E airspace at Ralph Wien Memorial Airport in Kotzebue, Alaska, improving instrument procedure containment and supporting safer instrument flight rules operations.
