WASHINGTON, June 25 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Trade Commission has proposed a settlement requiring pharmaceutical companies Aurobindo, Hyderabad, India, and Lannett, Trevose, U.S., to divest four generic drug products to preserve market competition following their planned merger.
