WASHINGTON, June 24 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has denied a petition seeking federal intervention in a Clean Air Act Title V operating permit issued to Humboldt Redwood Co. LLC for its lumber manufacturing and electric generating facility in Humboldt County, California.
