WASHINGTON, June 24 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency has proposed approval of revisions to Arizona's State Implementation Plan that would update the state's Cleaner Burning Gasoline and Winter Oxygenated Fuel programs while removing an older gasoline distribution program that regulators say is no longer needed.
