WASHINGTON, June 24 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency has approved, with conditions, no-migration variances that will allow Clean Harbors' Grassy Mountain hazardous waste facility in Tooele County, Utah, to temporarily store treated hazardous wastes in designated disposal units while awaiting verification that the wastes meet federal treatment standards.
