WASHINGTON, June 24 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives published its 2026 Annual List of Explosive Materials, maintaining the same inventory that appeared in the 2025 edition.
The notice, issued by the Department of Justice, fulfills a statutory requirement that the agency publish and revise at least annually a list of materials covered under federal explosives laws. The list became effective on June 22.
