WASHINGTON, June 23 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has opened a public comment period on a petition from Ford Motor Co., Dearborn, Michigan, seeking a determination that a labeling noncompliance affecting about 19,341 Ford Transit vehicles is inconsequential to motor vehicle safety.
