WASHINGTON, June 23 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has proposed an airworthiness directive for some Bell Textron Canada Limited Model 505 helicopters after reports that tail cone assemblies were fitted with identification plates showing incorrect part numbers, creating the risk that operators could overlook mandatory life limits.
