WASHINGTON, June 23 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has announced the availability of a final supplemental environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact supporting the release of the knotweed psyllid Aphalara itadori from Murakami, Japan, for biological control of invasive knotweed species across the contiguous U.S.
