WASHINGTON, June 20 (TNSFR) -- The Murray State University Archaeology Laboratory, Kentucky, has identified cultural affiliation between Native American remains and The Chickasaw Nation, officials said.
According to a National Park Service notice published under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act, the laboratory completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects in its collections and determined a connection to The Chickasaw Nation.
