WASHINGTON, June 18 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has decided to review portions of an administrative law judge's final initial determination that found a violation of Section 337 involving imports of motorized self-balancing vehicles.
The agency will seek additional written submissions on patent inventorship, domestic industry requirements, potential remedies, public interest considerations and bonding before reaching a final decision in the investigation.
