WASHINGTON, June 18 -- The House Natural Resources Subcommittee on Indian and Insular Affairs released the following testimony by Rodney Butler, board president of the Native American Finance Officers Association, from a June 9, 2026, hearing on the Tribal Regulatory Reform Implementation Act (H.R. 8954). Butler is also the the chairman of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation.
