WASHINGTON, June 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, proposes to establish directive guidance on climbing opportunities on National Forest System lands and include requirements set forth in section 122 of the Expanding Public Lands Outdoor Recreation Experiences (EXPLORE) Act for climbing in congressionally designated wilderness.
