WASHINGTON, June 17 -- The House Agriculture Committee released the following testimony by Michael Lichte, chief insights and optimization officer for the Dairy Farmers of America, Kansas City, Kansas, on behalf of the National Milk Producers Federation and the U.S. Dairy Export Council, from a June 10, 2026, hearing entitled "Agricultural Perspectives on the Future of the USMCA." USMCA is the U.S-Mexico-Canada Agreement.
