WASHINGTON, June 16 (TNSFR) -- The Western Area Power Administration proposed keeping the Boulder Canyon Project base charge and electric service rates unchanged for fiscal year 2027, maintaining the annual base charge at $76.2 million. The proposal would take effect on Oct. 1, 2026, and remain in place through Sept. 30, 2027.
