DETROIT ARSENAL, Mich. - U.S. Army Capability Program Executive Combat Sustainment headquartered here, welcomed its new Capability Program Executive, Michelle Link, and bade farewell to outgoing CPE Brig. Gen. Camilla White in a June 9 ceremony.
