WASHINGTON, June 12 (TNSFR) -- The Small Business Administration has proposed changes to eligibility standards for individually owned firms seeking admission to the 8(a) Business Development Program, including the removal of a long-standing rebuttable presumption that members of designated racial and ethnic groups are socially disadvantaged.
