WASHINGTON, June 11 (TNSFR) -- The William S. Webb Museum of Anthropology, Lexington, Kentucky, plans to repatriate 91 unassociated funerary objects linked to six Tribal nations.
The determination was announced in a National Park Service notice issued under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act.
The objects were recovered from archaeological sites in Lee and Rowan counties, Kentucky, including Red Eye Hollow, Little Ash Cave, Ox Barn Hollow Rockshel . . .
