International Trade Commission Finds Injury Indication in Tris Chemical Imports From China

WASHINGTON, June 10 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has found a reasonable indication that a U.S. industry is materially injured by imports of Tris and Tris HCl from China.

The determination covers Tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane and Tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane hydrochloride, products that are alleged to be sold in the U.S. at less than fair value and subsidized by the Chinese government.
