WASHINGTON, June 10 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Trade Commission has opened a public comment period on a proposed consent agreement tied to Ascension Health Alliance's planned acquisition of Ambulatory TopCo LLC, Nashville, Tennessee. The agency said the settlement is intended to address competition concerns linked to the approximately $3.9 billion transaction.
