WASHINGTON, June 8 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed revisions to a federal regional haze plan that would remove a requirement for the closure of PacifiCorp's Dave Johnston Unit 3 power plant in Glenrock, Wyoming, and replace it with an updated nitrogen oxide emissions standard based on the facility's existing pollution-control equipment.

The proposal would amend the Federal Implementation Plan governing regional haze requirements in Wyoming . . .
