WASHINGTON, June 6 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has instituted a patent infringement investigation involving imported pickleball paddles and related components.
The investigation stems from a complaint filed by Sport Squad, Inc., doing business as JOOLA, of North Bethesda, Maryland, alleging violations of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 through the importation and sale of pickleball paddles that infringe two U.S. patents.
