WASHINGTON, June 5 (TNSFR) -- The Advisory Council on Historic Preservation is rescinding its regulations implementing NEPA from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). In addition, this interim final rule requests comments on this action.

Comments are due on July 6, 2026, according to a Federal Register notice.
