WASHINGTON, June 5 (TNSFR) -- The U.S Department of Transportation National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has announced receipt of a petition from Evenflo Company Inc., Miamisburg, Ohio, seeking a determination that a labeling error affecting thousands of child restraint systems is inconsequential to motor vehicle safety.
