WASHINGTON, June 4 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a final rule conditionally approving a California state implementation plan revision addressing contingency measure requirements for the 2008 ozone national ambient air quality standards in the San Joaquin Valley.
