DOE Reviews Port Arthur LNG Request to Re-Export Imported From Texas Facility

WASHINGTON, June 4 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Energy has received an application from Port Arthur LNG LLC, Texas, seeking authorization to export previously imported liquefied natural gas from its terminal in Jefferson County. The request covers up to 20 billion cubic feet of natural gas equivalent on a cumulative basis over a two-year period and applies to LNG imported by vessel from foreign sources.
