WASHINGTON, June 4 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration has announced plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for a proposed highway project in Waller County, Texas, that would create a north-south transportation corridor linking Interstate 10 west of Katy with U.S. Highway 290 west of Waller. The route, known as 36A North, would extend approximately 20 to 25 miles and is intended to improve regional mobility in one of the state's growin . . .
