WASHINGTON, June 4 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a final rule eliminating outdated requirements from Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 217, which governs bus emergency exits, window retention and release.
