WASHINGTON, June 4 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a final rule removing date references from Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 210, Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages, concluding that the provisions are no longer necessary because they apply to manufacturing dates that passed decades ago.
