WASHINGTON, June 4 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service has opened a public comment period on a proposed 30-year incidental take permit application submitted by the North Dakota Petroleum Council, Bismarck, for activities that could affect the threatened Dakota skipper butterfly during oil and gas development projects.
