WASHINGTON, June 4 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has issued a final rule updating a wide range of Standard Instrument Approach Procedures, Takeoff Minimums and Obstacle Departure Procedures at airports across the U.S., with the changes taking effect beginning June 1, 2026.
The rule amends 14 CFR Part 97 and establishes, revises, suspends or removes instrument flight procedures used by pilots operating under instrument flight rules. . . .
