WASHINGTON, June 2 -- The House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Protection released the following testimony by Florida Chief Information Officer Warren Sponholtz from a May 21, 2026, hearing entitled "State and Local Cybersecurity: Escalating Threats, Federal Partnership, and the Resilience of America's Communities." Sponholtz is also the director of the Florida Digital Service.
