WASHINGTON, June 2 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has instituted fifth five-year reviews of trade measures covering cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China, Russia and Ukraine to determine whether ending the restrictions would likely result in the continuation or recurrence of material injury to the U.S. industry.
