WASHINGTON, June 2 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has instituted a Section 337 investigation into imports of coated confectionery products and components following a complaint filed by Promotion in Motion, Inc. of Park Ridge, New Jersey.
The complaint was filed on April 8, 2026, and supplemented on May 6, 2026. Promotion in Motion alleges that imports and sales of coated confectionery products infringe claims of U.S. Patent No. 9,750,267 and U.S. Patent No. 11,317,640 . . .
