WASHINGTON, June 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration has initiated a series of five-year sunset reviews of antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders, as well as one suspended investigation, under the Tariff Act of 1930.
The reviews, effective May 29, 2026, are intended to determine whether revoking existing trade remedies or ending suspended investigations would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping or subsidizatio . . .
