WASHINGTON, May 29 -- The Federal Communications Commission Enforcement Bureau has issued a notice of violation regarding an unlit and improperly registered antenna structure in Grand Prairie, Illinois (Docket No. DA 26-535). The action targets Benjamin Stratemeyer, licensee of radio station WIBV-FM, alongside Samuel Stratemeyer and Sun Industries Inc., as the reputed owners of antenna structure number 1028168.
