WASHINGTON, June 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed approving a revision to New York's State Implementation Plan that would establish source-specific nitrogen oxide emissions requirements for Big Six Towers Inc., Queens, New York, as part of efforts to meet federal ozone air quality standards.
