WASHINGTON, June 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed approving Ohio's request to remove the state's long-standing Air Nuisance Rule from its federally approved air quality plan, concluding that other pollution control requirements and enforcement programs are sufficient to maintain compliance with national air quality standards.
