WASHINGTON, June 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed approving revisions to South Carolina's State Implementation Plan that update regulatory references following the restructuring of the state's environmental and public health agencies, concluding that the changes are administrative and do not affect air quality protections under the Clean Air Act.
