WASHINGTON, June 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has proposed amendments to Class D and Class E airspace surrounding Groton-New London Airport in Connecticut, and Elizabeth Field on Fishers Island, New York, in an effort to better align controlled airspace with instrument flight operations and current agency guidance.
