WASHINGTON, June 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has proposed an airworthiness directive affecting multiple Leonardo S.p.A., Rome, Italy, helicopter models after a report identified an incorrectly installed swashplate duplex bearing that could lead to loss of aircraft control.
