WASHINGTON, June 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a final rule returning the Detroit, Michigan, area to nonattainment status for the 2015 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards following a decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit that vacated the agency's earlier redesignation of the region to attainment.
