WASHINGTON, June 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has approved a revision to Virginia's State Implementation Plan that removes two air pollution regulations governing petroleum refinery operations and large appliance coating application systems, concluding that neither type of facility currently operates within the Commonwealth.
