WASHINGTON, June 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has approved a revision to Pennsylvania's State Implementation Plan that updates air pollution control requirements for the Philadelphia Gas Works Richmond Plant, Pennsylvania. The final rule removes a condition from a Reasonably Available Control Technology, or RACT, plan approval that had been incorporated into the state's federally approved air quality plan in 2016.
