WASHINGTON, June 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has approved a revision to New York's State Implementation Plan that establishes source-specific Reasonably Available Control Technology requirements for the Athens Generating Plant, New York. The action covers nitrogen oxides, or NOX, emissions from three combined-cycle Westinghouse Model 501G combustion turbines and associated heat recovery steam generators and steam turbines at the facility.
