WASHINGTON, May 29 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission determined there is a reasonable indication that imports of tin mill products from China, Taiwan and Turkey are materially injuring a U.S. industry, advancing antidumping and countervailing duty investigations involving the products.
The commission said the investigations cover imports alleged to be sold in the U.S. at less than fair value from China, Taiwan and Turkey, along with imports from China alleged to benefit . . .
