WASHINGTON, May 27 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services issued the following notice in the Federal Register.
The Secretary is issuing a Declaration pursuant to section 319F-3 of the Public Health Service Act to provide liability protection for activities related to medical countermeasures against Andes virus consistent with the terms of the Declaration.
