WASHINGTON, May 27 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has proposed an airworthiness directive affecting hundreds of Bombardier Inc., Montreal, Canada, business jets operating in the U.S. after an in-flight flap system malfunction raised concerns about possible loss of aircraft control.
