WASHINGTON, May 26 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has received a complaint alleging violations involving imports of NAND and DRAM memory chips and products containing those components, according to a notice published May 14, 2026. The complaint was filed by MonolithIC 3D Inc., Allen, Texas, on May 11, 2026, under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930. The filing alleges violations tied to the importation and sale of memory chips and related products in the U.S.
