Virginia Native American Ancestor Remains at Princeton, N.J., Linked to Six Tribal Nations

WASHINGTON, May 20 (TNSFR) -- Princeton University, New Jersey, has completed an inventory of Native American human remains connected to a 1907 expedition in Virginia and identified cultural affiliations with six Tribal nations, according to a Federal Register notice published by the National Park Service.

The notice states that the remains represent at least one Native American individual and that no associated funerary objects were identified. Princeton University said the remains . . .
